Invite teammates from Settings so they can work in the correct organization with the right level of access. Choose roles based on what each person needs to do.

What this guide helps you do

  • Invite a teammate by email.
  • Choose the correct role for their responsibilities.
  • Copy, resend, or revoke pending invitations.

Before you start

  • Confirm the person should have access to this organization.
  • Know whether they need admin access or standard user access.
  • Use a business email address when possible.

Do it manually

  1. Open Settings and go to Members.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the teammate email and choose the role.
  4. Send the invitation.
  5. Open Invitations to copy the invite link, resend it, or revoke it.
  6. After the teammate joins, confirm they can access the areas they need.

Ask Faster AI

  • Help me decide which teammates need admin access and which should be standard users.
  • Create a teammate onboarding checklist for Faster.
  • Draft a short internal note explaining what this invite is for.

Review before saving or publishing

  • Do not give admin access when a standard role is enough.
  • Revoke invitations that were sent to the wrong email.
  • Remove access promptly when a teammate no longer works on the account.

Common issues and fixes

  • If the invite was sent to the wrong email, revoke it and send a new invite.
  • If a teammate cannot find the invite, copy the invite link or resend it.
  • If a teammate sees too few options, review their role after they accept.

Placeholder media

  • Screenshot placeholder: add an annotated screenshot of invite teammates and choose access with customer names, email addresses, private domains, DNS values, amounts, internal notes, and unpublished content blurred.
  • Video placeholder: add a short walkthrough that starts from the relevant Faster workspace area, shows the manual path, then shows how to ask Faster AI and review the result before saving, publishing, sending, or applying work.

Use it in daily operations

  • Write down which workspace setting changed, who approved it, and which public page, sender, integration, role, or analytics view should be checked afterward.
  • When a setting affects customers, emails, payments, domains, or public URLs, test the visible workflow before treating the configuration as done.
  • Ask Faster AI to prepare the review checklist, but keep credentials, payment details, and sensitive customer data out of prompts and screenshots.
