Sender mailboxes define which verified identity, sender name, reply-to address, and status should be used for different email purposes.

What this guide helps you do

  • Create campaign and notification sender configurations.
  • Set a default notification sender when needed.
  • Archive, edit, or remove stale sender configurations.

Before you start

  • Add and verify at least one mailbox identity.
  • Know whether the sender is for campaigns, newsletters, notifications, or customer replies.
  • Confirm sender name and reply-to address with the business owner.

Do it manually

  1. Open Settings and go to Mailboxes.
  2. Review verified identities first.
  3. Open sender mailbox configurations.
  4. Choose Campaigns or Notifications.
  5. Add a mailbox configuration with name, from email, sender name, and reply-to address.
  6. Save, test, and set a default notification sender if required.

Ask Faster AI

  • Help me plan sender mailboxes for campaigns, notifications, and customer replies.
  • Review these sender names and reply-to addresses for clarity and customer trust.
  • Create a checklist for testing sender configuration before my first campaign.

Review before saving or publishing

  • Do not use personal emails for business-wide workflows unless that is intentional.
  • Confirm reply-to inbox is monitored.
  • Archive old sender configurations instead of leaving confusing options active.

Common issues and fixes

  • If Add Mailbox is disabled, verify a mailbox identity first.
  • If emails send from the wrong identity, check the selected configuration and default sender.
  • If replies go to the wrong person, update the reply-to address.

  • Video placeholder: add a short walkthrough that starts from the relevant Faster workspace area, shows the manual path, then shows how to ask Faster AI and review the result before saving, publishing, sending, or applying work.

Related help

Use it in daily operations

  • Write down which workspace setting changed, who approved it, and which public page, sender, integration, role, or analytics view should be checked afterward.
  • When a setting affects customers, emails, payments, domains, or public URLs, test the visible workflow before treating the configuration as done.
  • Ask Faster AI to prepare the review checklist, but keep credentials, payment details, and sensitive customer data out of prompts and screenshots.
