Integrations connect Faster to the tools your business already uses. Review them regularly so customer, marketing, website, payment, booking, and AI workflows keep working.

What this guide helps you do

  • Find connected integrations and their health.
  • Reconnect or remove stale connections.
  • Know which workspace workflows depend on each integration.

Before you start

  • Know which tool or workflow is affected.
  • Use an account with permission to connect or disconnect integrations.
  • Understand who owns the external account before changing it.

Do it manually

  1. Open Settings and review integrations, mailboxes, social accounts, analytics, plugins, and related connection areas.
  2. Check connection status and sync health.
  3. Open the affected workflow area, such as Customers, Posts, Engagement, Website, Money, or Bookings.
  4. Reconnect tools that show errors or expired authorization.
  5. Remove integrations only after confirming no active workflow depends on them.
  6. Run a small test action after reconnecting.

Ask Faster AI

  • Create an integration health checklist for this workspace.
  • Help me trace which workflows may be affected if I disconnect this integration.
  • Review this integration issue and suggest the safest next steps.

Review before saving or publishing

  • Do not share external account passwords or private API keys in chat.
  • Coordinate changes with the teammate who owns the external account.
  • Check scheduled campaigns, journeys, posts, and notifications before disconnecting tools.

Common issues and fixes

  • If an integration expired, reconnect it from the owning settings area.
  • If data looks stale, refresh the integration and then the affected workspace area.
  • If permissions changed externally, reconnect with an account that has the required access.

Connected workflows

Placeholder media

  • Screenshot placeholder: add an annotated screenshot of manage integrations with customer names, email addresses, private domains, DNS values, amounts, internal notes, and unpublished content blurred.
  • Video placeholder: add a short walkthrough that starts from the relevant Faster workspace area, shows the manual path, then shows how to ask Faster AI and review the result before saving, publishing, sending, or applying work.

Related help

Use it in daily operations

  • Write down which workspace setting changed, who approved it, and which public page, sender, integration, role, or analytics view should be checked afterward.
  • When a setting affects customers, emails, payments, domains, or public URLs, test the visible workflow before treating the configuration as done.
  • Ask Faster AI to prepare the review checklist, but keep credentials, payment details, and sensitive customer data out of prompts and screenshots.
