Before you start
- Know the domain customers should use.
- Have access to the domain settings and the domain registrar if DNS changes are needed.
- Wait for DNS propagation after recent changes.
Do it manually
- Open Settings and go to Domains.
- Find the connected domain card and review the status badge.
- If the domain is pending, copy the required DNS record and update it at the registrar.
- If the domain is active, open the live site with https.
- Review domain redirects and their status if alternate domains should forward to the main site.
- Test the domain from an incognito window or a separate network when troubleshooting.
