The Money dashboard gives your team one place to see what needs attention across customer payments and vendor bills. Use it daily to decide what to send, collect, approve, refund, or follow up on.
What this guide helps you do
- Navigate the Revenue, Get Paid, Pay Bills, and Payouts areas.
- Find invoices, quotes, credit notes, recurring schedules, vendor bills, and payment runs.
- Use Money AI for summaries and draft actions while keeping financial changes under review.
Before you start
- Make sure your user role can view or manage Money.
- Know whether you are looking for customer revenue, receivables, bill pay, or payout activity.
- Refresh the dashboard when another teammate just changed a document or payment status.
Do it manually
- Open Money from the app navigation.
- Use Revenue for a high-level view of money collected and outstanding work.
- Use Get Paid for invoices, quotes, credit notes, recurring invoices, and payment reminders.
- Use Pay Bills for vendor bills, approvals, and payment runs.
- Use Payouts when payout visibility is enabled for your organization.
- Open a document drawer to review details, actions, applications, portal links, and history.
Ask Faster AI
- Summarize what needs attention in Money today: overdue invoices, unsent quotes, pending bills, and refund risks.
- Show me open invoices grouped by customer and suggest safe next actions without sending reminders.
- Review Pay Bills and identify bills that appear ready for approval, but do not approve anything.
Review before saving, sending, paying, or refunding
- Confirm workspace filters before acting on a document.
- Check customer, vendor, amount, currency, due date, and status before sending or paying.
- Use document history and Customer 360 context when a financial action affects a relationship.
Common issues and fixes
- If a document is missing, check the active workspace and document filter.
- If totals look stale, refresh Money and wait for recent actions to finish syncing.
- If an action is disabled, the document may need to be sent, approved, unpaid, or open first.
