Product media placeholder

Replace this area with a screenshot or short walkthrough video during the media sweep.

Blog posts live in the Posts workspace so they can be drafted, reviewed, scheduled, published, and edited alongside social content. Use a blog post for searchable articles, announcements, guides, case studies, and longer updates.

What this guide helps you do

  • Create a blog draft with title, body, excerpt, tags, image, and SEO details.
  • Use the calendar or explorer to find and continue editing the post later.
  • Preview and publish the post without creating disconnected copies.

Before you start

  • Know the topic, audience, goal, and call to action for the post.
  • Prepare final images or clearly marked placeholders.
  • Decide whether the post should publish now, schedule later, or stay in draft for review.

Do it manually

  1. Open Posts and create a new Blog post.
  2. Add the title, body sections, feature image or placeholder, tags, excerpt, and SEO fields.
  3. Use preview to check the article layout, links, images, and mobile reading experience.
  4. Save the draft and use the calendar or explorer to find it again if more edits are needed.
  5. Publish now or schedule only after the content, metadata, and media are reviewed.
