What this guide helps you do

• Open the right Faster tool from the dashboard.
• Move between operating areas without searching menus.
• Choose the right starting point before asking AI or editing manually.

Before you start

• Know whether the task is about customers, campaigns, payments, website, forms, posts, visuals, or general AI help.
• Confirm the required plugin or channel is connected when the destination depends on one.
• Use search instead when you need a specific item by name.

Do it manually

1. Open Workspace.
2. Use Chat for broad AI planning, drafting, or troubleshooting.
3. Use Customers for CRM, customer history, customer tasks, inbox context, and pipeline work.
4. Use Engagement for journeys, broadcasts, newsletters, audiences, and follow-up.
5. Use Money for invoices, quotes, payment status, billing, and collections follow-up.
6. Use Website, Forms, Posts, or Canvas when the task has a clear content or visual destination.
