Attach context to AI chat

Product media placeholder

Replace this area with a screenshot or short walkthrough video during the media sweep.

Context makes AI work specific. Attach or mention the customer, page, post, form, audience, media, channel, blog, template, or workflow when you want Faster AI to review or prepare work for a specific item.

What this guide helps you do

  • Point Faster AI at the correct workspace item.
  • Reduce generic answers and wrong-record edits.
  • Make review easier because the draft is tied to the right source context.

Before you start

  • Open or identify the item you want to reference.
  • Use a specific title, customer name, email, channel, campaign, or file name.
  • Avoid adding private secrets or unrelated customer data to the prompt.

Do it manually

  1. Open Workspace chat or the chat panel inside the relevant tool.
  2. Use available context chips, mentions, attachments, or the current page context when the UI offers them.
  3. Name the item clearly, such as the customer record, form, page, post, audience, channel, media file, or workflow.
  4. Explain what Faster should do with that context: summarize, compare, draft, update, troubleshoot, or prepare a change.
  5. Ask Faster AI to show the draft, plan, or preview before applying changes.
  6. Open the linked item in its editor to confirm the result.

Ask Faster AI

  • Use the selected customer record to draft a follow-up task and email. Show both before saving.
  • Use this page draft and suggest missing sections, placeholder media, and calls to action.
  • Use the attached blog post to create LinkedIn, newsletter, and website summary drafts.

Review before saving, sending, or publishing

  • Confirm the referenced item is the correct one before approving changes.
  • Check whether attached context includes private notes that should not appear in public copy.
  • Use the owning editor to review final content and settings.

Common issues and fixes

  • If Faster AI cannot find the item, open it directly or use a more specific title, email, URL, or file name.
  • If the output mixes two items, restart with one target at a time.
  • If a context chip is stale, refresh the page or reopen the item before asking again.

Placeholder media

  • Video placeholder: add a short walkthrough that starts from Workspace, shows the manual path, then shows how to ask Faster AI and review the result before saving, publishing, sending, or applying work.
