Recent AI sessions help you return to work that is already in progress. Use them when you want to continue the same plan, draft, review, or troubleshooting thread instead of starting over.

What this guide helps you do

  • Find and reopen recent AI work from Workspace.
  • Keep related decisions and drafts in the same conversation.
  • Avoid creating duplicate plans, drafts, or conflicting instructions.

Before you start

  • Know the rough topic or timing of the session you want to continue.
  • Check whether the work belongs in a previous session before creating a new one.
  • Have any new context ready before you continue.

Do it manually

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Find Recent AI Sessions.
  3. Open the session that matches the work you want to continue.
  4. Review the latest messages, decisions, drafts, and links.
  5. Send the next instruction, correction, or review note in the same session.
  6. Rename or clean up old sessions when needed so the active work stays easy to find.

Ask Faster AI

  • Continue from the previous plan and tell me what still needs review before publishing.
  • Summarize this session into decisions made, open questions, and next actions.
  • Pick up where we left off on the customer follow-up workflow and keep changes in draft.

Review before saving, sending, or publishing

  • Confirm the session is for the correct organization, page, customer, campaign, or workflow.
  • Review old assumptions before asking AI to continue after a long gap.
  • Do not approve work from an old session until current dates, prices, and audience settings are checked.

Common issues and fixes

  • If the session summary is vague, open it and read the latest messages before continuing.
  • If you cannot find a session, use search or start a new chat with a short summary of the prior work.
  • If two sessions cover the same work, pick one and archive or ignore the duplicate to avoid split context.
