Workspace chat is the fastest way to ask Faster AI for help while keeping the work connected to your business context. Use it for planning, drafting, reviewing, and preparing updates across the workspace.

What this guide helps you do

  • Start from a business outcome instead of choosing a tool first.
  • Ask for help across customers, website, posts, forms, journeys, payments, bookings, plugins, and motion.
  • Keep drafts, previews, and customer-facing changes under review until you approve them.

Before you start

  • Know what you want Faster AI to prepare, review, summarize, or troubleshoot.
  • Open the relevant item first when the task depends on a customer, page, post, form, audience, channel, or workflow.
  • Have the required business details ready, such as offer, audience, date, price, channel, or follow-up rule.

Do it manually

  1. Open Workspace and choose the Faster AI tab if it is not already selected.
  2. Type a clear request in the chat box. Use Enter to send and Shift+Enter when you need a new line.
  3. Mention the target area, such as Customers, Website, Forms, Posts, Engagement, Money, Bookings, Courses, Webinars, or Workflows.
  4. Attach or reference context when available, such as a customer record, page, media item, blog post, channel, audience, or form.
  5. Open the resulting draft, plan, preview, or workspace item before approving any change.
  6. Use recent sessions when you need to continue the same work later.

Ask Faster AI

  • Prepare a landing page outline, lead capture form, and welcome journey for my consultation offer. Keep everything as drafts.
  • Review this customer record and draft a follow-up task. Do not send anything.
  • Plan a week of social posts and one email broadcast for this offer, then show me what needs review.

Review before saving, sending, or publishing

  • Confirm Faster AI understood the exact business outcome.
  • Check names, dates, prices, claims, customer details, channel, sender, and public URL before approving.
  • For public work, preview the final page, form, post, email, journey, payment link, or booking path.

Common issues and fixes

  • If the answer is too general, ask for a specific artifact and where it should live.
  • If the wrong record is used, open or attach the correct record and ask again.
  • If the task is risky, ask Faster AI to create a draft or checklist instead of applying the change.
