The customer command menu helps you move quickly without losing context. It is most useful when you know the record, view, or task you want and need a fast way to act on it.

What this guide helps you do

• Find customer actions without hunting through every panel.
• Use selected records, focused cells, and current views as context.
• Prepare AI handoffs for bulk updates, pipeline moves, tasks, or customer follow-up.

Before you start

• Open Customers, a customer record, or a specific view.
• Select or focus the records you want the command to use.
• Know whether the command is read-only, draft-only, or applies a change.

Do it manually

1. Open Customers and use the command menu or pinned command buttons.
2. Search for the action you need, such as new person, save view, open record, copy context, merge, or pipeline move.
3. Confirm the command is using the selected records or current view you expect.
4. Run read-only commands freely to copy context or inspect readiness.
5. Use preview or confirmation before commands that update records, merge duplicates, move pipeline stages, or start journeys.

Review before saving or applying
