Set up your workspace before your team relies on Faster for customer, website, engagement, payments, bookings, or AI-assisted work. A good setup gives Faster the business context it needs and gives your team a clear review path.
What this guide helps you do
- Confirm the business profile, timezone, team access, and main workspace areas.
- Connect the first tools your business will use, such as website, customers, forms, posts, payments, bookings, or engagement.
- Create simple review rules so public and customer-facing work is checked before it goes live.
Before you start
- Use an admin account or ask an admin to complete organization settings.
- Know your business name, public contact details, timezone, default sender, and primary website domain.
- Decide who should review website, email, social, CRM, and payment changes.
Do it manually
- Open Workspace and scan the dashboard, quick actions, recent AI sessions, and content sections.
- Open Settings and confirm organization profile, timezone, team members, and connected domains or channels.
- Open Website, Customers, Forms, Posts, Engagement, Money, or Bookings for the areas your business will use first.
- Create or import a small amount of real working data, such as a customer record, page draft, form, or social channel.
- Set a review habit: drafts first, preview second, publish or send only after the owner approves.
- Return to Workspace and use quick actions or search to confirm the important areas are easy to reach.
Ask Faster AI
- Help me set up Faster for a service business. Create a checklist for business profile, website, customers, forms, posts, payments, and review rules.
- Review my workspace setup and tell me what is missing before I launch customer-facing work.
- Prepare a first-week setup plan for my team. Keep all created assets as drafts until I approve them.
Review before saving, sending, or publishing
- Check public business details before publishing pages, forms, posts, invoices, or booking links.
- Confirm sender addresses, social channels, payment settings, and customer permissions before using them with real customers.
- Do not store passwords, tokens, private keys, or one-time secrets in chat, notes, or memory.
Common issues and fixes
- If a workspace area looks empty, use quick actions or search to open it directly and create the first item.
- If AI cannot find context, open the relevant page, customer, form, post, or setting and ask again.
- If teammates see different options, review roles, permissions, and connected plugins.
Placeholder media
- Screenshot placeholder: add an annotated screenshot of set up your workspace with private customer names, emails, amounts, task details, and unpublished content blurred.
- Video placeholder: add a short walkthrough that starts from Workspace, shows the manual path, then shows how to ask Faster AI and review the result before saving, publishing, sending, or applying work.
