Review your first-week checklist

Product media placeholder

Replace this area with a screenshot or short walkthrough video during the media sweep.

Your first week in Faster should prove the main operating paths with drafts, test data, and review habits before you depend on them for public launches or customer communication.

What this guide helps you do

  • Prioritize setup work that makes the workspace useful quickly.
  • Create a few real drafts and test records without overconfiguring everything.
  • Build a review habit for customer-facing and revenue-related changes.

Before you start

  • Choose one or two business outcomes for the first week, such as capture leads, follow up with customers, collect payments, or publish a basic site.
  • Pick an owner for setup and an owner for final review.
  • Use placeholders for screenshots, video, and launch assets until final media is ready.

Do it manually

  1. Day 1: confirm business profile, timezone, team access, and workspace areas.
  2. Day 2: create or import a small customer set and add one follow-up task.
  3. Day 3: create a page draft, lead capture form, or booking/payment path that matches your first business goal.
  4. Day 4: draft one social post, email, or journey and keep it in review.
  5. Day 5: test the customer-facing path end to end and write down what must be approved before launch.
  6. At the end of the week, archive duplicate drafts and keep the approved path easy to find.

Ask Faster AI

  • Create a first-week checklist for my Faster workspace based on a service business that needs customers, forms, posts, and payments.
  • Review what I have already set up and turn missing items into a prioritized checklist.
  • Help me test the path from lead capture form to customer record to follow-up task without publishing anything yet.

Review before saving, sending, or publishing

  • Check public details, forms, sender settings, payment settings, and customer permissions before a real launch.
  • Keep AI output as drafts until a person verifies claims, dates, pricing, and audience.
  • Remove test customer data, test posts, and placeholder copy before customers see the experience.

Common issues and fixes

  • If the checklist feels too large, pick one customer path and finish it first.
  • If setup stalls, ask Faster AI to identify the next blocked decision.
  • If drafts multiply, use clear names and archive the ones you will not launch.

Placeholder media

  • Screenshot placeholder: add an annotated screenshot of review your first-week checklist with private customer names, emails, amounts, task details, and unpublished content blurred.
  • Video placeholder: add a short walkthrough that starts from Workspace, shows the manual path, then shows how to ask Faster AI and review the result before saving, publishing, sending, or applying work.
