Business profile basics help Faster understand who you are, what you offer, where customers can reach you, and what information should appear in customer-facing work.

What this guide helps you do

  • Keep business name, contact details, timezone, and default positioning consistent.
  • Give Faster AI durable context for drafts and setup suggestions.
  • Reduce mistakes across pages, forms, campaigns, invoices, and booking experiences.

Before you start

  • Confirm the legal or public business name your customers should see.
  • Collect public email, phone, address or service area, website domain, and timezone.
  • Decide which details are public and which should stay internal.

Do it manually

  1. Open Settings from the app navigation or workspace menu.
  2. Review organization profile, contact details, timezone, and brand or sender defaults.
  3. Update public-facing details only when they are approved by the business owner.
  4. Connect or verify domains, sender mailboxes, social channels, and payment settings as needed.
  5. Return to Workspace and ask Faster AI to use the updated business context in a draft.
  6. Preview a page, email, form, invoice, booking link, or post to confirm the details appear correctly.

Ask Faster AI

  • Review my business profile basics and tell me what is missing before I publish pages or send campaigns.
  • Use this business profile to draft a short company description for service-business customers. Keep it as a draft.
  • Create a setup checklist for profile, domain, sender, payment, and booking details.

Review before saving, sending, or publishing

  • Do not publish private addresses, private phone numbers, or internal emails by accident.
  • Check timezone before scheduling posts, broadcasts, bookings, reminders, and payment due dates.
  • Confirm AI-generated business descriptions do not include internal plans or proprietary implementation details.

Common issues and fixes

  • If public content shows old details, update the profile and then refresh or republish the affected draft.
  • If AI keeps using outdated positioning, update workspace memory or give the corrected wording in chat.
  • If teammates cannot edit profile settings, review admin permissions.

Placeholder media

  • Screenshot placeholder: add an annotated screenshot of set business profile basics with private customer names, emails, amounts, task details, and unpublished content blurred.
  • Video placeholder: add a short walkthrough that starts from Workspace, shows the manual path, then shows how to ask Faster AI and review the result before saving, publishing, sending, or applying work.
