2. Prerequisites

Before installing the FasterHQ Meeting Bot, ensure you have the following:

• A Zoom account with administrator privileges.

• Access to your FasterHQ account.

• Authorization to install apps from the Zoom Marketplace.

3. Installation Guide

Follow these steps to install the FasterHQ Meeting Bot:

1. Go to Zoom Marketplace
   Visit the Zoom Marketplace and search for “Faster Notetaker by FasterHQ”

2. Install the App
   Click on the "Install" button and follow the authorization steps.

3. Authorize Permissions
   The app will request certain permissions (meeting, recording, and user information) to function correctly. Review and click "Authorize" to proceed.

4. Confirmation
   Once authorized, you will receive a confirmation, and the bot will be ready to integrate with your upcoming Zoom meetings.

After successful installation, the FasterHQ Meeting Bot offers the following functionality:

• Automatic Meeting Participation
  The bot automatically joins Zoom meetings scheduled through FasterHQ.

• Meeting Recording and Summaries
  The bot records Zoom meetings and processes the data to generate meeting summaries, which are available on the FasterHQ platform.

• Meeting Analytics
  View analytics and key discussion points from your meetings directly within FasterHQ.

5. Managing Your Integration

You can manage your integration settings via the FasterHQ platform:

• View Connected Accounts: See which Zoom accounts are linked.

• Disconnect Zoom: Revoke Zoom access if needed.

• Update Permissions: Modify the permissions granted to the bot.
